I’m Kirill. Currently, I’m working at Click, one of the most popular and widely used (18 million users) fintech applications in Uzbekistan, as a Product Design Lead. Before that, I worked at Yandex Kinopoisk, a popular (over 9.1 million MAU) Russian Streaming service and online database for films and TV shows as a Product Design Lead, and Skyeng, the biggest (over 5 million students) online school in CIS as Head of UX.
Throughout my career, I have worked on launching new products and improving existing successful ones. I have collaborated with product managers to lead projects and marketers to build acquisition funnels. Additionally, I have hired designers, built teams, established design processes, created a design growth guide, and mentored teammates. I have also organized lectures, workshops, offsite events, and design hackathons.
I am passionate about launching new products, where the speed of confirming hypotheses is as important as the quality and simplicity of design and user experience.
I am also a big fan of studying human behavior and user psychology because it is the basis of crafting easy, emotional, and engaging products and services.
Originally from 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan, I currently live in 🇮🇩 Bali.
In addition to my work, I love adventure and extreme sports, such as snowboarding, surfing, and skateboarding.
